This repository contains some small volume data sets for testing and development purposes. Other websites which provide large dataset are linked below.
Volume Data Representation
A dataset is stored in xyz order in a single .raw file. These .raw files are binary 3D-arrays and contain no header. Additionally each dataset is providen in a preprocessed form with an applied window and an regular spacing between all voxels in all dimension.
MRbrain
Description:
MR study of head with skull partially removed to reveal brain. If you are going to send this data set to someone, please also send the accompanying information file and announcement file.
